6. User-Generated Content

By uploading content, you grant StoryMania the right to use the content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content generated by StoryMania’s AI tools belongs to the user who created it. Paid users have full rights to use their generated content for any purpose, including commercial use. Free trial users may generate content for testing purposes only and do not have rights to use the content commercially. StoryMania retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including all related intellectual property rights. You agree not to engage in any activity that would violate or infringe upon these rights.

8. Payments and Refunds

Subscription Plans: StoryMania offers several subscription plans:

• Basic Plan: $9 USD per month
• Pro Plan: $19 USD per month
• Expert Plan: $39 USD per month
• Free Trial: We offer a free trial for new users to test our services.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Stripe or PayPal.

Refund Policy: We offer refunds under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at support@storymania.ai within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund.

9. Prohibited Activities
